The Noida authority officials have declared that the Parthala Chowk Bridge construction is almost in its final phase with the bridge most likely to be open for commuters by the end of May. The fantastic infra development news is a sight to behold as the flyover is estimated to relieve huge amounts of traffic congestion at Parthala Chowk, which is meant to reduce the travel time by 30-40 minutes. Ritu Maheswari, the chief executive officer of the Noida Authority, stated that the projects are almost finished and urged officials to “open the flyover as soon as possible.”
Which roads to Signature Bridge connects?
The signature bridge is made to enhance the connectivity between Noida and Greater Noida. The bridge at Parthala roundabout facilitates an average movement of about 1.5 lakh commuters between Noida, Greater-Noida and Ghaziabad. The flyover should be operational by the end of May, making it easier for traffic to ascend and descend to Sector-71 and Greno West. It would benefit commuters travelling to Sectors 51, 52, 61, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 121, 122, and Kisan Chowk.
The details of the bridge
The 81-crore, 600-metre-long bridge would be having 28 suspension cables. The cables of the six-lane bridge would be covered by LED lights. The bridge is a delight for all the office goers who travel to Noida and Greate Noida lessening the time span of their home to the workplace. Additionally, the traffic detours at Parthala will be eliminated. Some of the lighting works and the last touches are being finalised for the bridge to be opened for public use.
