Beginning
Ishaan Khattar was born on November 1, 1995 in Mumbai. Ishaan is the son of Bollywood actress Neelima Azim and Rajesh Khattar and brother of Shahid Kapoor. Shahid Kapoor is the son of Azim and her first husband Pankaj Kapoor. Ishaan Khattar completed his early education from Jamnabai Narsee School and Billabong High International School in Mumbai. Along with this, Ishaan also learned dance from Shiamak Davar’s Dance Academy.
Career
Ishaan Khattar started his career in the 2005 film Vaah!Life Ho Toh Aisi! Was from. In which actor Shahid Kapoor played the lead character and Ishaan played the role of a child. After this, Khattar also worked as an assistant director with director Abhishek Chaubey in the film Udta Punjab (2016) and with Danish Renzu in the Italian film Half Widow (2017). Ishaan acted as a lead actor in the film Badalon Ke Paar (2017) directed by Majid Majidi. In this film he played the role of a drug dealer. The film premiered at the BFI London Film Festival and was released theatrically in 2018. Ishaan received the Best Actor Award for his performance at the 5th International Bosphorous Film Festival. In 2018, Khattar played the lead role in the film DHADAK produced by Karan Johar opposite Janhvi Kapoor. This film gave Ishaan a lot of recognition, people also praised Ishaan’s acting.
