Under the Ladla Bhai Yojana, students who have passed their 12th grade will receive a monthly stipend of Rs 6,000. Diploma students will be given Rs 8,000 per month, and graduates will receive Rs 10,000 monthly. This financial support is intended to help students manage their expenses while pursuing higher education or entering the workforce.

In addition to the monthly stipend, the scheme offers a one-year apprenticeship opportunity in a factory. This apprenticeship is designed to provide young people with practical work experience, making it easier for them to secure jobs in the future. “Gaining valuable work experience will help them secure jobs based on that experience,” noted CM Shinde.
