Conversation with friends is an Element picture production for Hulu and BBC Three. Two Dublin college students, Frances and Bobbi, and the strange and unexpected connection they forge with the married couple, Melissa and Nick.
The 12-episode series stars newcomer Alison Oliver, Sasha Lane, Joe Alwyn, and Jemima Kirke.
The very first episode was aired on 15 May 2022.
2. Where the Crawdads sing a novel by Delia Owens
Where the Crawdads Sing is a 2018 novel by American author Delia Owens. The story follows two timelines that slowly intertwine. The first timeline describes the life and adventures of a young girl named Kya as she grows up isolated in the marsh of North Carolina between 1952 and 1969. The second timeline follows an investigation into the apparent murder of Chase Andrews, a local celebrity of Barkley Cove, a fictional coastal town in North Carolina.
The release for the drama film adaptation of Where the crawdads sing is 13 July 2022. Directed by Olivia Newman.
3. Daisy Jones & the Six by Taylor Jenkins Reid.
Daisy Jones & The Six is an upcoming Amazon Prime Video streaming television miniseries, based on the book of the same name written by Taylor Jenkins Reid. The miniseries is set to consist of ten episodes.
However, there is no set release date known yet.
4. Blonde – a novel by Joyce Carol Oates
Blonde is a bestselling 2000 historical novel by Joyce Carol Oates that chronicles the inner life of Marilyn Monroe. Oates insists that the novel is a work of fiction that should not be regarded as a biography. It was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize and the National Book Award.
Blonde is an upcoming American biographical psychological drama film written and directed by Andrew Dominik. Adapted from Joyce Carol Oates’s historical fiction novel Blonde (2000), the film is a fictionalized take on the life of actress Marilyn Monroe, played by Ana de Armas. Adrien Brody, Bobby Cannavale and Julianne Nicholson appear in supporting roles.
