The year 2024 has been a good year for Bollywood. From seeing record setting blockbuster films to absolute flops, Bollywood has enjoyed this year. With this year nearing its end, Kalki, Stree 2, GOAT, Fighter, and Hanuman are set to be the top 5 films in terms of revenue creation. But this is not where this year ends, 5 more blockbusters and big budget films are yet to release in the last 3 months. Out of these 5, only 1 movie is releasing on a separate date, leaving the rest 4 to clash with each other.
Bhool Bhulaiyaa-3
The film starring Kartik Aaryan and Kiyara Advani has been directed by Aneez Bazmi and is set to release on November 1. The previous two parts of the franchise were massive box office successes. High hopes are pinned on this sequel to replicate the feat, however, this is clashing with Ajay Devgan starrer ‘Singham Again’. It remains to be seen whether this film can surpass ‘Singham’ and create new box office records.
Singham Again
Another blockbuster cop film directed by Rohit Shetty is about to hit the box office. Ajay Devagan and Kareena Kapoor starrer this film is all set to release on November 1. Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh and many other revered actors are to be seen in this film. Although this will have competition with Kartik Aryan’s film Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.
Kanguva
South Indian Superstar Surya starrer film ‘Kangua’ will be released in cinemas on 14 November. This Shiva directed film also features Bobby Deol and Disha Patani in lead roles. Kirti, Jagpati Babu and Prakash Raj will also be seen in important roles.
Pushpa -2
Pushpa was released on 17 September 2021 and has become an international sensation since then. It made a collection of over 350 crore worldwide. The sequel of this blockbuster ‘Pushpa-2’ is set to release on December 6. This movie has Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandana in lead roles. Vicky Kaushal starring ‘Chhaava” is also set to release on the same date. The box office awaits for the next blockbuster.
Chhaava
The new Bollywood sensation Vicky Kaushal is coming back with another film with a different look. Directed by Lakshman Utekar is set to release on December 6. Vicky Kaushal is sharing the screen with Rashmika Mandana. Although the first looks of Vicky Kaushal for this movie have already become an internet sensation, it would be exciting to see if it can thrive in the competition with Allu Arjun starring Pushpa 2.
Let the year come to an end with a blast of movies in cinemas. These movies, may or may not promise a box office score n, but certainly promise a box of entertainment to the public.
