Ricky Kej, a music composer from Bengaluru, posted a video of the cockroach and tagged IndiGo after seeing it aboard an airplane. The composer, who has won two Grammy Awards, saw a cockroach scurrying toward a window.
"On October 13th, an insect joined us on board IndiGo aircraft 6E2064 from Patna to Delhi. It probably received a free dinner, "In his tweet, he wrote.
IndiGo Airlines and the Indian Ministry of Civil Aviation were mentioned by Mr. Ricky Kej. The Airlines tweeted in response to the complaint five hours later and stated, "While every flight undergoes thorough cleaning and fumigation, Mr. Kej, occasionally these insects manage to get inside. Customers are welcome to contact our staff in any situation since they are always willing to assist. Group IndiGo"
It was mockingly referred to as "A beautiful example of co-existence" by one user.
In response to the remark, Mr. Kej remarked, "Definitely. Hahaha. Unless one day, the cockroach and its companions pull the jet down. Haha.."
Mr. Kej is a two-time Grammy winner. He works hard to protect the environment. He has received more than 100 awards over his remarkable career, including the United Nations Global Humanitarian Artist award.
For his album Winds of Samsara, he was awarded his first Grammy in 2015. Although Ricky Kej was raised in Bengaluru, he currently calls the United States his home.
