On the internet, a video of a girl dancing inside a Delhi Metro coach has gone viral. Thinly Bhutia, an Instagram user, posted the video. It has received more than 3 million views and 109,000 likes since being published.
The post's caption stated, "Confidence ho to Aisa (This is confidence)."
The girl in the video can be seen standing in the center of the metro carriage wearing a white dress while a buddy with a camera counts down the seconds till the start of her performance. The little girl moves to the rhythm of the music playing in the distance. Some of the other passengers may be seen sneaking looks as she does her routine.
Internet people poured all kinds of responses into the comment box. While some people mocked the trend of making such recordings in public spaces, others were interested in seeing the finished product.
One user said, "I can't even pick up a phone; where do you get such confidence from?" Another said, "If I only open the front camera in such a busy environment, I start feeling uncomfortable. "Mai front camera bhi on kardu Aisi bheed me muje anxiety hojati hai.
"Kya ho Raha hai Delhi metro mein, Ab bas reels banti hai," a third said (What is happening in Delhi Metro, now only reels are made). Low key wants to see the finished result, said a fourth.
The Delhi Metro has also experienced its fair share of viral events. A traveler called Pranjal Dubey made a unique gesture last month while riding the Delhi Metro. When food spilled on the subway floor accidentally, Mr. Dubey cleaned the mess up with a handkerchief rather than ignoring it.
The My Gov India Twitter account tweeted about the event and included images of Mr. Dubey mopping the metro floor.
