Swati Maliwal, the head of the Delhi Commission for Women, said today that an “attacker entered my residence” and vandalized her car. She posted a few images of two damaged vehicles with broken windshields on Twitter.

The head of the women’s panel said, “Whatever you do, I won’t be frightened,” and said she would report her to the police.
In response to the event, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal criticized Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena, saying, “Even the Delhi Commission for Women chairman is not safe.”
“I’m hoping LG Sahib would take the time to restore law and order,” he tweeted in Hindi.
She wrote to the Centre that filmmaker Sajid Khan was removed from the reality program Bigg Boss, and days later, she filed a police report stating she had been receiving rape threats on “Instagram.”
On October 10, Swati Maliwal wrote a letter to Anurag Thakur, the minister of information and broadcasting, claiming that multiple women had accused Mr. Khan of sexual harassment during the #MeToo campaign.
She said that during the #MeToo movement in 2018, more than ten actors, models, and journalists spoke out against Khan, which resulted in his expulsion from the Indian Film and Television Directors’ Association and a one-year ban on directing films.
Additionally, Ms. Maliwal had pleaded with Mr. Thakur to immediately remove Mr. Khan from the show and permanently ban him permanently.
