Diwali, a garment factory in Gandhi Nagar, East Delhi Monday, caught fire. Four persons were evacuated from the building, according to officials.
According to fire authorities, a factory on Street 12, Raghubar Pura-2, was the scene of a fire reported in the Gandhi Nagar neighborhood around 6:50 p.m.
The department dispatched ten fire tenders immediately to put out the fire.
According to a senior fire official, the fire was put out after four individuals were rescued from the factory’s third level.
