In the wee hours of Tuesday, a group of five armed dacoits raided a home in the Thane district, stole goods from it, and then assaulted the family living there, injuring two of them.
The mysterious dacoits entered the home in the Raju Nagar neighborhood from the back side and allegedly attacked its residents at approximately two in the morning before fleeing with valuables.
According to the authorities, the incident hurt two family members, and the actual worth of the taken goods is yet unknown.
