This is why you may find yourself squinting and rubbing your eyes after sitting in front of a computer for long periods of time. As well as an increase in the number of adults suffering from blurred vision, itchy and watery eyes, headaches, double vision and other symptoms of eye strain.

By making the eyes more flexible and adaptable, you can prevent eye problems to some extent, and even improve them. The next time you find yourself rubbing your eyes while staring at a screen, try the following exercises and repeat them as needed. Let us learn some simple exercises to improve your eyesight.
Palming
Rub your hands together for 10 to 15 seconds until they feel warm and energized.
Place your palms on your eyelids.
Feel the warmth of the palms transferring to the eyes.
Keeping your eyes closed, remove your hands from your eyes.
Rub the palms once again and repeat this process at least three times.
Slowly open your eyes as soon as you feel comfortable.
Eye Rolling
Keep yourself in a comfortable straight position with your spine straight.
Keep your hands in your lap.
Without moving your head, slowly move your eyes in a clockwise direction.
Make as big a circle as possible.
Repeat this process three times, then close your eyes.
Then without moving your head, slowly rotate your eyes in an anti-clockwise direction.
Repeat the process of rotating clockwise and anti-clockwise for 5 to 10 minutes.
Focus Shifting
Relax your body and breathe easily.
Hold one hand straight out in front of you into a loose fist, with the thumb facing up.
Pay attention to your thumb.
Keeping your eyes focused on the thumb, slowly move the thumb toward your nose.
Hold for a breath or two, then return the hand to its original position while maintaining focus on the thumb.
Do this process 5-5 times with the thumbs of both hands.
Focus Switching
Relax your body and breathe easily.
Hold your right hand straight in front of you in a loose fist, with the thumb facing up.
Pay attention to your thumb.
Keeping your eyes focused on the thumb, slowly move the right thumb 90 degrees towards the right ear.
Hold for a breath or two, then return the thumb to its original position while maintaining focus on the thumb.
Do this process 5 times with the thumbs of both hands.
Once the process on the right hand is complete, repeat the entire process with the thumb of the left hand.
Bharmari Pranayama
Keep yourself in a comfortable position with your spine straight, close your eyes.
Place your index fingers on both ears.
Keeping your mouth closed, inhale and exhale through your nose only.
Also pronounce Om while exhaling.
Repeat this process 5 to 7 times.
Remain calm for 5 to 10 seconds and return to normal position.
