Gazette notification (official form of Government of India) to this effect was issued by the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment on 19 November 2015. It was said in the notification that the current year is also celebrating the 125th birth anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, who presided over the Constituent Assembly and played an important role in the framing of the Constitution of India.
