In order to advance digital creativity capabilities throughout the nation, the All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) said on Wednesday that it has struck a partnership deal with Adobe. According to a release, under the terms of the agreement, Adobe will provide training for educators, provide courses, and incorporate digital creativity into the curriculum to give kids the fundamental creative and digital literacy skills they need to succeed in today's digital-first society.
Skilling, reskilling, and upskilling across the entire educational spectrum is becoming increasingly important in a world that runs more and more digitally. Anil Sahasrabudhe, chairman of the AICTE, said that the government has been concentrating on promoting digital literacy and developing a workforce that is fit for the future. By 2024, the alliance hopes to equip more than 75,000 teachers at 10,000 higher education institutions with crucial digital creativity abilities.
According to a formal statement released on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, the All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Adobe have agreed to speed up the development of digital creativity skills throughout the nation. The agreement, according to the release, seeks to provide access to Adobe Express to over 75,000 faculty members at 10,000 higher education institutions over the course of the next two years.
As part of the partnership, Adobe will provide training for instructors and curriculum integration for digital creation to better equip kids with the fundamentals of creativity and digital literacy, the company said.
