UP International Trade Show set to a great start again in Greater Noida

The second edition of the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show will commence from Wednesday at the India Expo Centre and Mart. The five-day trade show was inaugurated by Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath around noon. On Tuesday, Rakesh Sachan, the Minister of MSME, Khadi, Village Industries and Textiles in the state government, visited the mart to review the preparations for the fair.

Preparations to start in all the divisions of the state  

The Chief Minister has directed that the trade show be held every September. Now, preparations are underway to organize trade shows in all the divisions of the state. This will provide a global market to the small entrepreneurs of the state. Uttar Pradesh is the first state in the country to have its own international trade show. This will contribute significantly to achieving the state's goal of a trillion-dollar economy. Last year, the trade show witnessed a business turnover of six billion rupees. This year, more than 500 investors from over 80 countries will participate.

Will introduce the culture of Vietnam

Vietnam is the partner country for this year's trade show. This will provide visitors with the opportunity to experience Vietnamese culture and cuisine, while businesses and entrepreneurs can connect with their Vietnamese counterparts. Over 1.5 lakh people have already registered for the trade show. The departments of One District One Product (ODOP), Khadi and Village Industries, Rural Development, Culture and Information will showcase their achievements here. Additionally, technical sessions on topics such as startups, e-commerce, and exports will be organized.

Piyush Goyal, Jitan Ram Manjhi and other ministers to give a visit Union Minister of MSME, Jitan Ram Manjhi, Union Minister Piyush Goyal, and the state's Industrial Development Minister, Nand Gopal Nandi, will be among the distinguished guests at the trade show. The Vietnamese Ambassador, Nguyen Thanh, will also grace the occasion. This year, visitors will have the opportunity to experience Vietnam's rich culture, cuisine, and remarkable products.
