Then you can easily solve your problem through the National Consumer Helpline i.e. NCH portal.
The National Consumer Helpline is run by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Government of India. On this, you can easily complain about any defect in any product purchased from the market, but there is no solution from the company. Wherein a certain time limit is taken by the Consumer Affairs Department on your complaint.
How to complain on the NCH portal?
According to a tweet by the Consumer Affairs Department, you can easily lodge a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline with just a phone call. For this, the Ministry has issued a toll free number 1915, which is open seven days a week. There is a facility to register complaints in a total of 12 languages. Along with this, you can also track your complaint here. At the same time, the facility of Call Back Request through SMS is also given to you by the government, for which you have to SMS to 8800001915.

You need to login to http://consumerhelpline.gov.in to register a complaint about a defective product provided by the company online. After this, you have to sign up by filling the email id and the necessary information sought. Then your User ID and Password will be generated, which you can enter on the portal to register your complaint.
In how many days will the solution be done on the NCH portal?
According to the information given on the website of the Consumer Affairs Department, whenever a complaint is received on the NCH portal, it is sent to the company, agency, regulator or ombudsman for redressal.
