Baryl Vanneihsangi Tlau is an Indian politician. In 2023, she became the youngest MLA to be elected to the Mizoram Legislative Assembly.

Vanneihsangi was elected from the Aizawl South 3 Assembly constituency as a candidate of the Zoram People's Movement. Beryl Vanneihsangi got 9370 votes on her seat. She defeated his opponent by 1414 votes.
Baryl secured victory with a total of 9,370 votes, defeating Mizo National Front's (MNF) candidate F Lalnunmawia. Earlier, Beryl had won the election of councilor in Aizawl Municipal Corporation.
Speaking on basic needs, Beryl Wannehsangi emphasized on improving the health sector. She also said that my victory is the biggest victory of the women of the society. Women have broken the wall which people were saying was impossible.
