WhatsApp is constantly working to improve its platform by adding new functions and security measures. In order to stay on top of the situation, WhatsApp is apparently preparing to introduce new features such as "forward media with a caption," "Background blur," and "Profile photographs within groups."
WhatsApp is getting ready to launch a picture blur function, according to a report from WABetaInfo. For WhatsApp desktop beta testers, the feature will shortly be released. Additionally, WhatsApp is about to launch beta testing for the new "Forward media with a caption" feature, which will enable users to send text along with media. WhatsApp is also working on a new feature called "Profile images within groups" that will display users' profile photos in the meantime.
The new Image blur function for WhatsApp desktop beta users is about to go live. The tool enables users to neatly blur important information from their images and remove certain areas of pictures without ruining the attractiveness of the image. According to rumours, WhatsApp has created two tools that let users edit their photographs using different blur effects. In order to apply the effect with fine precision, users will also be able to select the blur brush's size.
The WhatsApp image blur option was discovered for the first time in June of this year. Some WhatsApp desktop beta users currently have access to it. However, it is anticipated to become accessible to mobile users soon.
Showing profile photographs in group chats is another future WhatsApp feature that has everyone's attention. The function will display each group member's profile picture next to their message in the group chat. The default profile icon from WhatsApp will appear if the group member doesn't have a profile image or if it isn't visible to everyone.
The function is presently being developed. But beta testing is anticipated to start soon.
