UAE has unveiled yet another programme to encourage travel and business within the nation. A 5-year multiple-entry tourist visa for the UAE is now available to travellers from anywhere in the world. The visa holder will have several chances to enter and exit the UAE, but each time they do so, they must stay for at least 90 days. In a year, a visitor may stay in the nation for a maximum of 180 days.
For those who wish to spend longer time with their family in the UAE without having to repeatedly apply for visas, this will be quite important. The visa programme is important for companies whose workers must travel outside of the UAE to attend meetings and conferences.
The General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs' (GDRFA) website or mobile application must be used to access the portal if you want to apply for a new visa. Additionally, Indian nationals must already hold a short-term tourist visa that has been accepted before applying for this five-year visa. If necessary, visa holders can extend their visa's validity for a further 90 days after it has been approved and is in use.
The new visa regulations coincide with Dubai's rapid expansion as a mecca for adventure, cuisine, lifestyle, and wellness. Dubai will also serve as the host city for the FIFA World Cup 2020, which will begin in November of this year.
