In an interview with CNN that was aired on Tuesday, US President Joe Biden stated that he did not believe Russian President Vladimir Putin would deploy a tactical nuclear bomb in the conflict with Ukraine.
When CNN host Jake Tapper questioned Biden about how likely he thought Putin would be to deploy a tactical nuclear bomb, Biden replied, “Well, I don’t think he would.”
