President Joe Biden stated that the United States does not desire confrontation with China and that Chinese President Xi Jinping was aware of this on Wednesday when meeting with his senior military advisers.
According to Biden, the United States will continue to take the lead on many problems, including climate change, the Indo-Pacific area, and Russia's aggressiveness in Ukraine.
He referred to the Chinese by saying, "We do not desire war with them."
